Booking terms and conditions
To
enable everyone to enjoy their holiday with Fuerteventura Rentals,
the following information and booking conditions should be read
thoroughly.
1)
When booking , it is necessary to place a 20% Deposit, which is
non-returnable. This can be paid either by credit card, cheque or transfer, or
PayPal, together with either
confirmation by email of your booking or by post. The
balance is payable at least 10 days prior to arrival.
2)
Arrivals – your accommodation will be ready from midday, unless
arrangements have been made for earlier arrival.
3)
Departures. Check out is 10am – if you require a late check-out this
must be arranged prior with the company.
4)
A
security deposit of 25% of the rental contract will be required to
cover any damage, breakages etc that may occur during your stay – as
these properties are privately owned and of high standard. This
deposit will be returned at the end of your stay as long as
everything is ok.
5)
Security. Always remember when you go out to close and lock all
windows and doors, just like you would at home.
6)
Swimming Pools. Always be in attendance with children around the
pool, and never throw glass and sharp objects into the swimming
pool. Do not attempt to clean the pools, these are done regular by
maintenance.
7)
It is always advisable to have travel insurance, for your holiday to
cover any accidents that may occur, and also for
theft/robbery/losses, without – you will find medical expenses high
and you cannot claim for any loss of goods.
8)
Midweek cleans. Floors interior and exterior patios are cleaned and
mopped, kitchen/bathrooms cleaned and bed linen change. If you
